在我眼前跳起了暈頭的佛朗明哥舞步。

他一臉興奮的神情，孩童般等不及地對我說：

『為什麼33個智利礦工為什麼能夠活了69天，

為什麼沒有人精神崩潰、瘋狂。這太不可思議了。

經過這幾天，我翻遍了每個報紙的每個報導，我終於找到原因了！』

話匣子就這樣停不下來了…

 

一件神蹟

 

故事發生在智利北部，科比亞波市周邊沙漠地帶的地下礦坑。

33名礦工，在地底 625公尺的深處。

他們的頭頂上方，是重達70萬噸的岩石；

他們的活動空間，是僅 14坪的臨時避難處；

他們的食物，是吃剩的午餐，與2天的食糧。

在毫無外界救援的情況下，他們生存了17天。

最後，經過長達69天的漫長救援，

原本似乎註定悲劇收場的命運，奇蹟般的，

33位竟安然無恙地全數獲救。

這不是好萊塢賣座電影情結的翻版嗎？

這不是，這比好萊塢賣座電影更精采！

 

關鍵領袖

活下來真不不容易。

 

災難降臨的瞬間，他們原本在吃午餐；

一聲轟然巨響，礦坑霎時崩塌。

經過了3、4個小時煙濛濛的處境，碎石、

灰沙才逐漸塵埃落定。心神稍微平靜後，

七嘴八舌的意見 就在漆黑的坑穴中響起。

有人說1日內就會挖通，有人說救援最多不會晚於2天；

33種看法、意見在黑暗中碰撞，找不到一個令眾人滿意的結論。

 

在驚慌紛爭的局面僵持不下時，戲劇般地，

領班鄂蘇亞（Luis Urzua）開口說話：

『這種時候如果我們沒有辦法團結，

一同為生存奮鬥，我們就只能相互爭吵，在分裂中等待死亡。』

眾人好像在黑夜裡找到可捕捉的燭光，

願意讓鄂蘇亞帶領他們的命運向前。

 

為什麼32個來自四面八方的人們，願意在極其恐慌、

無助的環境下，接受一個認識不到3個月領班的管理、

支配？願意相信他，受他帶領，同心合意突破難關？

關鍵特質

因為他身上擁有2個關鍵特質：

 

1.慈愛：根據礦工們的形容，雖然新上任的領班

和他們相處不到3個月的時間，但從平日的生活中，

他們感受到他的照顧，與真實流露的愛。

2.公平：鄂蘇亞處世正直，對所有的同仁都一律公平、

公正，沒有任何私心。

 

鄂蘇亞是個慈愛、公平的人。只要他一開口，

他們都願意聽從。像2000年前耶穌拿起五餅二魚，

擘開分給眾人一樣，鄂蘇亞收了每個人吃剩的午餐，

加上避難所2天的食物和水，用這些零零碎碎的『五餅二魚』，

竟讓33個成年男子足足活了17天。

使他們免於遇見災難驚惶失控、搶食爭鬥，

最後獸性大發，以『相咬相吞』、人吃人的悲慘結局。

 

關鍵決定

 

鄂蘇亞一取得食物的控制權，

立即做出2個可能是整個事件中最重要的決定：

1.規定所有的人，每48小時才能吃『一餐』

（包括2小湯匙的鮪魚，1片口糧，和2口牛奶）。

2.規定領到食物的人不能先吃，要等33人都領到後，

才能一起吃。於是慢領的不致驚恐、擔心。

 

另外，鄂蘇亞一個出人意外的決定。他定下規律的作息時間表，

且規定每人需有秩有序的『按表操課』：

{ 8小時睡眠/ 8小時工作/ 8小時吃飯、運動、娛樂。}

遵行『作息時間表』結果，是維持眾人心理上保持穩定的重大因素。

儘管身處浩劫，他們彷彿置身平日，不但正常工作，

還保持運動、休閒，維持基本的身心健康。

所以69日過後，沒有人精神崩潰，失序瘋狂。

於是…

 

10/14，台北時間早上8:55，33名全數獲救。

10/15，31人平安出院，其餘無法出院的2人，

病情也相當輕微：1位需動牙科手術，

另1位則僅是輕微腦震盪。

A lawyer boarded an airplane in New Orleans with a box of frozen crabs and asked a blond stewardess to take care of them for him.  She took the box and promised to put it in the crew's refrigerator. He advised her that he was holding her personally responsible for them staying frozen, mentioning in a very haughty manner that he was a lawyer, and proceeded to rant at her about what would happen if she let them thaw out.
 
Needless to say, she was annoyed by his behavior. Shortly before landing in New York , she used the intercom to announce to the entire cabin,
