All you need is 10 minutes everyday to keep your knees healthy:
(2 min.) - pat or massage the outer edge of the knees; (2 min.) - pat or massage the inner edge of the knees;
(2 min.) - pat or massage the back (concave) of the knees; (2 min.) - pat or massage the knee caps, and (2 min.) - kneel on knees
