"A Day in the Life of Africa"

"A Day in the Life of Africa" was held on February 28, 2002 with nearly 100 photographers from 26 countries around the world using the 53 countries of the African continent as the backdrop.

Interesting to note that these photographers all used the Olympus E20 which at the time (2002) was the top digicam made by Olympus, with only 5MPs and a tiny 2/3 " CCD, this camera is considered an "antique" in today's technology. Just another proof that it's not the camera but rather the photographer behind the camera that really counts.  I also had the E10 and E20 for awhile and really enjoyed using these fine machines!

Take your time and enjoy this fantastic set of images of Africa!
